The Kuban Cossack Choir is the oldest national ensemble in Russia, recognized as the pearl of world culture and having a continuous successive history from the beginning of the 19th century. A truly folk collective is a valuable object of cultural heritage of the Krasnodar Territory. Over the years, the Kuban choir has won the love and recognition of spectators around the world.
The Kuban Cossack Choir, with his work, most vividly reveals the deep meaning of everything that proud words contain: “Love, brothers, love!”. In their songs, the artists of the collective talk about Cossack will, valor and glory, love and separation, and, of course, about the victories of the Cossacks. The repertoire includes Kuban Cossack, Russian and Ukrainian folk songs, as well as songs based on poems by Russian and Ukrainian poets, edited by Viktor Zakharchenko, the art director of the group.
